The Problem

Service businesses — HVAC, plumbing, electrical — are losing 20–30% of their leads every day to missed calls and slow follow-up. They know it. They just don't have the time or technical knowledge to fix it. Most agencies either don't understand the trades, or charge enterprise prices for cookie-cutter solutions.

Trinity Solutions is my creative consultancy serving small businesses in the trades and service industries. I'm responsible for everything — the brand identity, the positioning strategy, the website, and the client experience systems.


It's a live proof of concept: I do for my own business exactly what I do for clients. The brand is the portfolio.


Key Decisions

  • Chose a dark, premium SaaS aesthetic over the warm, approachable look most service businesses use — because Trinity's positioning is done-for-you, not do-it-yourself. The design had to communicate that before anyone read a word.
  • Built the entire business on the same AI and automation tools sold to clients — so the capabilities aren't theoretical. Every system on the site is live and running. The brand is the proof of concept.
  • Wrote the copy to speak directly to trade business owners who are tired of agencies — not to people exploring their options. The voice is direct, specific, and assumes the reader has been burned before.
